Once verified, we will gladly provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

    b. Incorrect Product: In the rare event that you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and promptly send you the correct one. If the correct product is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

    c. Dissatisfaction with Product: If you are not satisfied with your pot for reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect product, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will review your request and consider issuing a refund or store credit, minus any applicable restocking fees.

    a. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. Provide your order details, including the reason for the return and any supporting evidence, such as photographs.

    b. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return address and any necessary shipping instructions. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  3. Non-Refundable Items:
